Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, before dispatch.
- To cancel, email us at support@maheksalescorporation.in with your order ID.
Refund Conditions:
- Full refunds are provided if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
- Refunds are not applicable for used products or items returned without original packaging.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
